There are two things I always gravitate towards when I’m shopping- dresses and white shirts. A good white shirt is a wardrobe staple. It can be added to jeans for a fresh, casual look, or buttoned up and tucked into a skirt for work.
I bought my first white shirt as part of a my costume for a Christmas dress-up, and it quickly became the most worn item in my wardrobe. Apart from the fact that ironing is almost always essential, they are just as easy wardrobe go-to.
In 2012, Witchery partnered with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) to raise funds for a disease that currently has no detection test, and no cure. Every year since then, a new range of white shirts has been released, with ALL funds, other than GST, donated to the OCRF. In 2016, these funds reached an excess of $1.2 million.

Each season the range of white shirts presented as part of this campaign become a little bit more unusual and tempting. So three years ago, I decided I would curb my white skirt addiction to one every year from the Witchery campaign. This years offerings were the best yet, and this shirt, with its delicate lace sleeves, is my favourite ever.
Unfortunately I am so late writing this post that the campaign period (7 April- 2 May) has ended- but keep your eyes peeled for the 2017 collection.
