Picture Perfect Places

Hello again everyone. I have sooo much to share with you about our ongoing adventures around the South Island Of New Zealand. We sure have covered some miles.

Adrenaline Spikes and Arrowtown

One of the things that New Zealand is famous for is it’s adrenaline sports: bungee jumping, skiing, skydiving, white water rafting and jet boating. I would never bungee jump, I think we may have missed the ski season somehow, I’ve been skydiving, and white water rafter just didn’t really appeal. That left jet boating.

With our newly-acquired campervan-ing skills now fully entrenched in our repertoire of “cool skills”, we headed for Milford Sound. It’s almost a five hour drive, and believe me when I say that by hour three, you’re starting to think, “This thing better be worth it!”. It’s worth it.
