I don’t know about you guys, but my life seems to get busier and busier as the days tick by. I remember when I was a teenager, and thinking that I had so much on my plate… little did I know.
As I write this, I’ve just finished visiting with a friend who has an 18-month-old daughter. I know that if children are in my future, I’ll probably look back on my 20’s and wonder how I could ever perceived myself as busy now.
Regardless, more often than not I feel myself trying to fit a million things in a day, and taking my time to get ready is no longer a luxury I have.
Dresses that I can throw on are my new best friends. If they don’t have to be buttoned, tied or zipped, all the better. If they are versatile enough to be worn for a quick run to the shops, or out to dinner after a day of work- perfect.
This Spell dress has been my go-to all summer. Once it’s washed and hung, the fabric hangs beautifully, and I can put it on without fuss. I find all of Spell’s pieces comfortable and perfect for summer, and this dress has the added bonus of the perfect colour palette and a low back.
